Welcome to G3, the Children's Ministry of the Alabaster Church of God!

We treasure each child that comes through our doors and into our hearts. It is our goal to partner with parents to provide quality Bible-based education in which the love of God is shared, as well as Godly life principles. Our desire is to create a fun, safe and nurturing environment where boys and girls ages 3 years through 6th grade want to come and bring their friends.

While this statement tells us where we are headed, our values statements gives us a guide as to how to get there.

• Our top value is life change - We believe the Holy Spirit radically transforms the lives of children to be more like Jesus. To facilitate such change, we seek to build relationships on the foundation of Jesus Christ, with the blocks of prayer, application of Scriptural truths, outreach, and support of the family.  

1. We value children/youth and want to see them passionately pursue a relationship with God in response to His love for them
2. We value the study of God's Word. We want our children to become strong "trees" with deep "roots" in God's Word bearing much "fruit"
3. We value the power of prayer in the lives of our children. We know that God moves when people pray.
4. We value serving others and make opportunities for children to invite friends to church and to share their love for God with others.
